GIVING

The Raisin Valley Land Trust depends primarily on members and friends for funds to do its work. Landowner or not, you can help preserve the rural character of your community. Give a gift that will last for generations! Any gift of volunteer time or of funds will help. For example:

$25 = supplies for the RVLT booth at one local festival or fair — a great way to spread the word about conservation easements

$100 = supplies for a squad of volunteers tackling invasive shrubs on RVLT easements next summer.

$500 = a title search and related fees to initiate one new conservation easement

$1,000 = a baseline study to document and describe land to be preserved

$2,000 = an endowment to guarantee legal defense of one conservation easement

$3,500 = all it takes to fund one new everlasting conservation easement
