Hop On Board

e have maintained quite a large mailing list for a number of years but we have not heard from many of you. This spring we tried to contact individuals we had never heard from to invite you to become a member or to subscribe to our newsletter. If you haven't already, we hope you will consider joining the RVLT. We cannot succeed without substantial community support. In order to stay in our wonderful office that we share with the River Raisin Watershed Council we need to increase memberships and donations. Very few grants cover overhead costs such as office rent, telephone and internet service. And while you're at it, a bit of help with fundraising or publicity would also be a great help. Our meetings are not too exciting, but if you take time to stop in it will take a very short time to see how committed we are, and to realize that your support would go a long way toward supporting our mission. If we don't hear from you soon, we will be sorry to have to remove your name from our mailing list.
